Of course you can relativise and weaken everything with comments to the delight of Microsoft fans, but the important message is that it is the digital ministry. They should actually be the ones setting the course. And therefore this is a very big announcement, no matter how many employees it affects in the first phase. Because I think this is just a start if you take the experience with the USA seriously.
