That wording comes across as misleading on first read... Like, get a PC with a 4090 for $1299... When it's actually a $2199 addition. Pricing makes sense, but the message just hits wrong...
Old (on the left) and new Darter Pros side by side. I had expected the new one to be an inch smaller, because the website said it was available as a 14 inch or a 16 inch (I ordered the 16). But it looks to be nearly the same size as the darp6. Perhaps a bit larger.

I hate Zotac, their RMA in Brazil is garbage and has multiple times violated local consumer law. In addition, their staff is the rudest I have ever seen. I won't pick up a zotac product if I find it for free
All of these gaming handheld manufacturers choosing to use Windows makes me think they are not simply ignoring that Linux exists.
I really think it might be (at least in part) because they lack the technical expertise to support a Linux-powered handheld like the Steam Deck.
Valve, on the other hand, had nearly a decade's worth of experience working on Linux before they successfully released the Steam Deck — unlike their previous attempt with the Steam Machines.
